Narrative:
At 700 ft, the right engine failed with a loud bang. All abnormal and normal checklists were performed, a left 180 degree turn was made and an uneventful single engine landing was made. Takeoff was from runway 28 and landing was made on runway 10. All passenger were discharged at the gate.

Narrative: AT 700 FT, THE R ENG FAILED WITH A LOUD BANG. ALL ABNORMAL AND NORMAL CHKLISTS WERE PERFORMED, A L 180 DEG TURN WAS MADE AND AN UNEVENTFUL SINGLE ENG LNDG WAS MADE. TKOF WAS FROM RWY 28 AND LNDG WAS MADE ON RWY 10. ALL PAX WERE DISCHARGED AT THE GATE.
