Narrative:

Was cleared for takeoff runway 16 at pwk to turn right to a 340 degree heading via the pwk 2 departure and maintain 3000 ft. During the departure, a rather tight right turn is required to stay within the proper airspace. I did not maintain a tight enough turn and went outside the airspace allowed. The controller called and asked if we were complying with the departure procedure and if the departure had been issued in the clearance. We said that the pwk 2 departure had been given to us.

I DID NOT MAINTAIN A TIGHT ENOUGH TURN AND WENT OUTSIDE THE AIRSPACE ALLOWED. THE CTLR CALLED AND ASKED IF WE WERE COMPLYING WITH THE DEP PROC AND IF THE DEP HAD BEEN ISSUED IN THE CLRNC. WE SAID THAT THE PWK 2 DEP HAD BEEN GIVEN TO US.
