Narrative:

Time: XX15. ATC frequency: 118.1. ATC facility: asu tower. Location: asu runway. During takeoff at asu, the captain noticed his window was not locked closed. After an attempt to close and lock the window, an abort was initiated between 110-120 KTS. During taxi back, ground personnel noticed sparks coming from our right landing gear truck. Upon further investigation, maintenance found the #3 brake torque link had broken free of the brake assembly and was dragging on the ground. Supplemental information from acn 356148: location: asu. Out of asu, flight aborted takeoff between 110-120 KTS due to captain's window unlocked and unable to close. Maintenance came out to inspect airplane, found #3 brake damaged and right #6 tire flat.

Title: A B767 TAKING OFF FROM ASU ABORTS TKOF BECAUSE THE COCKPIT WINDOW IS NOT SHUT ALL THE WAY.

Narrative: TIME: XX15. ATC FREQ: 118.1. ATC FACILITY: ASU TWR. LOCATION: ASU RWY. DURING TKOF AT ASU, THE CAPT NOTICED HIS WINDOW WAS NOT LOCKED CLOSED. AFTER AN ATTEMPT TO CLOSE AND LOCK THE WINDOW, AN ABORT WAS INITIATED BTWN 110-120 KTS. DURING TAXI BACK, GND PERSONNEL NOTICED SPARKS COMING FROM OUR R LNDG GEAR TRUCK. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, MAINT FOUND THE #3 BRAKE TORQUE LINK HAD BROKEN FREE OF THE BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND WAS DRAGGING ON THE GND. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 356148: LOCATION: ASU. OUT OF ASU, FLT ABORTED TKOF BTWN 110-120 KTS DUE TO CAPT'S WINDOW UNLOCKED AND UNABLE TO CLOSE. MAINT CAME OUT TO INSPECT AIRPLANE, FOUND #3 BRAKE DAMAGED AND R #6 TIRE FLAT.
