En route to phl from buf, #2 hydraulic quantity went to zero. Declared an emergency with phl approach. Executed all checklists and applicable procedures. Advised flight attendant, maintenance, approach, and operations. Landed without incident and taxied to the gate. Good situational awareness and CRM exhibited by all.
