Narrative:
Parking at gate at oma, a tug was parked too close to the right wing, the crew did not see the tug. Wing walkers were on both wings, with a marshaller also. About 10-15 ft prior to being at the gate, the tug was bumped. The marshaller gave no signal to stop. Damage was very slight, to bottom of right wingtip. Cone placement was inboard of right wingtip by 2 ft, should be placed outboard of wingtip. Flight crew should have cleared the area. Ground crew should have placed cone outboard of wingtip. Right wing walker gave signal to stop to the marshaller, but the marshaller did not see the signal. Right wing walker should have been in a position to be seen by the marshaller. Lines could be painted where to place the cones. All equipment outside of cones.
