Narrative:
Passenger fell forward in seat. His wife summoned help. Doctor on board administered help. Captain notified, captain and first officer called commercial radio and dispatcher and a medical services company. Due to communication difficulties, mainly dealt with dispatcher and medical services company through charlotte operations and ACARS. Ill passenger wanted to continue. Doctor on board and medical services company doctor said ok to continue. Passenger was administered 2 oxygen bottles and emergency medical kit was opened. Flight got new call sign 'life flight.' offered straight-in approach tpa runway 18R due to light winds. Due to medical problem, captain flew slightly faster than normal. Approach not stabilized per pilots operating handbook and flight operations manual so captain elected to go around, flew right downwind and normal landing in VFR conditions.

Title: FLC OF A B737-400 DECLARED A MEDICAL EMER AND ATC ASSIGNED A SPECIAL LIFE-FLT NUMBER WHILE THEY EXPEDITED THEIR ARR. DUE TO AN UNSTABLE APCH, CAPT MADE A GAR AT DEST. A PAX DOCTOR ATTENDED TO THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF THE ILL PAX.
