Narrative:
When landing on runway 32 at menominee, mi, airport, it appeared that both brakes were locked. With a rapid deceleration, the right one broke free and the aircraft departed the runway.

Title: RWY EXCURSION AFTER SMT ATX BRAKES LOCK UP ON LNDG PROC ROLLOUT. ONE RELEASED AND IT CREATED A LOSS OF ACFT CTL.
Narrative: WHEN LNDG ON RWY 32 AT MENOMINEE, MI, ARPT, IT APPEARED THAT BOTH BRAKES WERE LOCKED. WITH A RAPID DECELERATION, THE R ONE BROKE FREE AND THE ACFT DEPARTED THE RWY.
