Denver ATIS uses computer voice. Very garbled and almost impossible to understand. Written up before. Very evident that computer deliberately programmed to output garbled speech since only function of ATIS is communicate WX and airport information.

Narrative: DENVER ATIS USES COMPUTER VOICE. VERY GARBLED AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND. WRITTEN UP BEFORE. VERY EVIDENT THAT COMPUTER DELIBERATELY PROGRAMMED TO OUTPUT GARBLED SPEECH SINCE ONLY FUNCTION OF ATIS IS COMMUNICATE WX AND ARPT INFO.
