Narrative:
The access door at gate at sju has a broken customs sterilization system. The system locks out the outbound crew until the aircraft has been checked by customs. This system is now broken allowing the outbound crew to enter the customs check area.

Title: B757 ACFT, BUT NO ANOMALY ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACFT. PAX GATE AT ARPT HAS BROKEN DOOR THAT HAS INOP SECURITY LOCK AND FLCS CAN ACCESS DIRECT TO CUSTOMS CHK AREA.
Narrative: THE ACCESS DOOR AT GATE AT SJU HAS A BROKEN CUSTOMS STERILIZATION SYS. THE SYS LOCKS OUT THE OUTBOUND CREW UNTIL THE ACFT HAS BEEN CHKED BY CUSTOMS. THIS SYS IS NOW BROKEN ALLOWING THE OUTBOUND CREW TO ENTER THE CUSTOMS CHK AREA.
