Narrative:
Captain was fatigued from backside of clock scheduled pairing coupled with day duty! Captain only had 3 hours of sleep. Air carrier tried to reroute pairing with 6 more hours of duty and 4 additional hours of flight time, captain was harassed and scare tactics were used. Captain refused the rerouted pairing. Captain now feels that more trouble is headed his way. FARS should be more specific to fatigue and circadian sleep cycles, pilot's need help in making their decisions on far 61.53 and far 91.13 easier. This will help keep the chief pilot away.
