Used wrong frequency for hover and takeoff at ZZZ when tower was closed. 1) long night of flying. Little rest the day before -- just could not sleep. 2) pressure from work after unusual program audit (bad mood). 3) relief pilot should have had this flight but showed up late again (bad mood). 4) working with unusual checklist. 5) tired. Bad mood.

Title: EMS HELI RPTR PLT USED WRONG CTAF FREQ TO ANNOUNCE TKOF. RPTR ATTRIBUTES ERROR TO FATIGUE AND OTHER HUMAN FACTOR UPSETS THAT PUT HIM IN A 'BAD MOOD.'
Narrative: USED WRONG FREQ FOR HOVER AND TKOF AT ZZZ WHEN TWR WAS CLOSED. 1) LONG NIGHT OF FLYING.
