Onboard medical emergency. Advised tpa approach we would like to keep speed up to expedite arrival in tpa -- no problems or traffic conflicts. Supplemental information from acn 357537: bleeding passenger needed medical assistance/medical emergency declared. Tpa approach advised nearest traffic was 20 mi away, we were #1 for approach. They agreed we could keep our speed up. We maintained above 250 KIAS below 10000 ft till 3000 ft.
