Narrative:
On trip from jnx, nc, I have encounter stronger headwinds than I have planned for. Originally plan for 2 hours 15 mins on route and actual was 3 hours 15 mins. I departed jnx with 4 hours 30 mins fuel on board. Trip was good in VFR conditions. When arriving to cle area, I was instructed to descend to 4000 ft, and proceed direct to djb. On this course I was in line to pass over airport of landing 1g1 (elyria). When I was approximately 28 NM from elyria airport I requested lower altitude. I was told that aircraft is on approach to 22G (lorain county airport) and I have to maintain 4000 ft. I slow down speed and hold 4000 ft. Approximately 7 mins later I advise controller that I have continuance ground contact, and ask for lower (controller was very busy with approachs to cle). I was told to stay in 4000 ft. Approximately 4 mins later I got over elyria airport where was sunny with 4 mi visibility. I requested to cancel IFR and start descent to 1g1 (elyria airport). Controller advise me that he received cancellation and ask to squawk 1200 (VFR). Also advise me about aircraft in 22G is cleared for takeoff. With 4 mi visibility, I did not see any aircraft and I descend and land in1g1 normally. But I forgot that I was in class B airspace and I was not able to cancel IFR.

Title: AN IFR BE55 DSNDS THROUGH CLE CLASS B AIRSPACE WITHOUT AUTH. THE ACFT WAS INBOUND TO A SATELLITE ARPT IN CLOSE PROX TO CLE.
Narrative: ON TRIP FROM JNX, NC, I HAVE ENCOUNTER STRONGER HEADWINDS THAN I HAVE PLANNED FOR. ORIGINALLY PLAN FOR 2 HRS 15 MINS ON RTE AND ACTUAL WAS 3 HRS 15 MINS. I DEPARTED JNX WITH 4 HRS 30 MINS FUEL ON BOARD. TRIP WAS GOOD IN VFR CONDITIONS. WHEN ARRIVING TO CLE AREA, I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DSND TO 4000 FT, AND PROCEED DIRECT TO DJB. ON THIS COURSE I WAS IN LINE TO PASS OVER ARPT OF LNDG 1G1 (ELYRIA). WHEN I WAS APPROX 28 NM FROM ELYRIA ARPT I REQUESTED LOWER ALT. I WAS TOLD THAT ACFT IS ON APCH TO 22G (LORAIN COUNTY ARPT) AND I HAVE TO MAINTAIN 4000 FT. I SLOW DOWN SPD AND HOLD 4000 FT. APPROX 7 MINS LATER I ADVISE CTLR THAT I HAVE CONTINUANCE GND CONTACT, AND ASK FOR LOWER (CTLR WAS VERY BUSY WITH APCHS TO CLE). I WAS TOLD TO STAY IN 4000 FT. APPROX 4 MINS LATER I GOT OVER ELYRIA ARPT WHERE WAS SUNNY WITH 4 MI VISIBILITY. I REQUESTED TO CANCEL IFR AND START DSCNT TO 1G1 (ELYRIA ARPT). CTLR ADVISE ME THAT HE RECEIVED CANCELLATION AND ASK TO SQUAWK 1200 (VFR). ALSO ADVISE ME ABOUT ACFT IN 22G IS CLRED FOR TKOF. WITH 4 MI VISIBILITY, I DID NOT SEE ANY ACFT AND I DSND AND LAND IN1G1 NORMALLY. BUT I FORGOT THAT I WAS IN CLASS B AIRSPACE AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO CANCEL IFR.
