Narrative:
We were on a scheduled flight from hgr to bwi. During our taxi we went over the checklists and everything was in order. After we took off we brought the gear selector to the up position and at that time we noticed that the gear remained in the down and locked position with 3 green indicator lights on. We tried 2 more times to bring the gear up but the gear remained in the down position. We called the tower for our return instructions and stated our reason. During our return back to the airport we ran our checklists as required by the company and we made sure that gear was in the locked position (visual check), except the nose gear. The captain ran a couple of tests, just to make sure the landing gear in fact was locked in the down position. We landed safely without an incident, notified the maintenance. No emergency crews were involved.

Title: LTT COMMUTER FLC HAS PROB WITH LNDG GEAR THAT WILL NOT RETRACT. RETURN LAND FOR PRECAUTIONARY LNDG.
Narrative: WE WERE ON A SCHEDULED FLT FROM HGR TO BWI. DURING OUR TAXI WE WENT OVER THE CHKLISTS AND EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER. AFTER WE TOOK OFF WE BROUGHT THE GEAR SELECTOR TO THE UP POS AND AT THAT TIME WE NOTICED THAT THE GEAR REMAINED IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POS WITH 3 GREEN INDICATOR LIGHTS ON. WE TRIED 2 MORE TIMES TO BRING THE GEAR UP BUT THE GEAR REMAINED IN THE DOWN POS. WE CALLED THE TWR FOR OUR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND STATED OUR REASON. DURING OUR RETURN BACK TO THE ARPT WE RAN OUR CHKLISTS AS REQUIRED BY THE COMPANY AND WE MADE SURE THAT GEAR WAS IN THE LOCKED POS (VISUAL CHK), EXCEPT THE NOSE GEAR. THE CAPT RAN A COUPLE OF TESTS, JUST TO MAKE SURE THE LNDG GEAR IN FACT WAS LOCKED IN THE DOWN POS. WE LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT AN INCIDENT, NOTIFIED THE MAINT. NO EMER CREWS WERE INVOLVED.
