Narrative:
After taking off from gsp and retracting gear, the nosewheel gear door (1 of 2 separate doors) came unlatched from linkage and began to 'flap' as speed increased. After recycling gear to try to relatch it was unsuccessful, elected to continue on to destination which was 60 mi away (tri) with gear extended (since that kept door in place). Believe that this was a decision I would make again, since it did not endanger any part of the flight.
