Narrative:
During planned maintenance, found captain's pitot probe bad. The left upper pitot probe was changed and during the pitot static check we had a small static leak. While trying to find the leak all flex lines going to CADC were wiggled with no help. Found line on test box leaking, repaired line and leak checked good now. Aircraft was dispatched on flight out of cle. During climb out, airspace indication and altimeter slowly went to zero. Found quick disconnect off at the #1 CADC, reseated quick disconnect line and could not duplicate above discrepancy.
