Narrative:
While taxiing on local FBO ramp for departure we proceeded to taxi on the painted ramp marking. While taxiing on the line, our right wingtip struck a parked king air 200. Appeared after inspection that king air tail was protruding the taxi zone. Conditions: night, rain, overcast, unlighted ramp.
