Narrative:
I inadvertently entered R2501E and bristol MOA. Navigation error due to improper setting of GPS to intercept V514-538 outbound from tnp. I erroneously set GPS to proceed direct from tnp to gfs. The error was discovered by xchking with VOR but not until strong northeast winds contributed to entry into both the bristol MOA and R2501E. Upon discovery of the navigation error, immediate correction to the east was made.
