Narrative:
Landing on mlb runway 4. Winds at 110 degrees 4 KTS. The landing was straight and soft. As soon as I landed, the aircraft skidded to the right, nose facing left. I pressed the right rudder to straighten the plane, but the plane did not respond. I skidded off the runway onto taxiway D and to the grass. By the time I was on taxiway D, I pressed both brakes. I did not take out any signs or taxi lights. This happened in venice also, but I was able to recover the skidding. I checked the nose gear and took off. At naples the same thing happened like in venice. I believe the problem could have been due to one of the brakes.
