Narrative:

Pilot was diverted when communication was lost with ZMA (cruise at 2000 ft). Pilot wished to cancel IFR flight plan and did not think he could reach a phone in time to cancel properly. Pilot circled hoping to raise miami, thus changing normal sequence in landing. After circling and not raising miami, pilot felt rushed to get on ground -- time was ticking since last transmission. Pilot announced on CTAF and approached to land. While on final, another pilot, who apparently was new to frequency, announced. This again diverted me from normal landing check -- gear, flaps, lights. I landed gear up, flaps down, minimal damage. Took 1 hour to clear the runway. Jacks rushed to scene, gear lowered, taxied to parking.

Narrative: PLT WAS DIVERTED WHEN COM WAS LOST WITH ZMA (CRUISE AT 2000 FT). PLT WISHED TO CANCEL IFR FLT PLAN AND DID NOT THINK HE COULD REACH A PHONE IN TIME TO CANCEL PROPERLY. PLT CIRCLED HOPING TO RAISE MIAMI, THUS CHANGING NORMAL SEQUENCE IN LNDG. AFTER CIRCLING AND NOT RAISING MIAMI, PLT FELT RUSHED TO GET ON GND -- TIME WAS TICKING SINCE LAST XMISSION. PLT ANNOUNCED ON CTAF AND APCHED TO LAND. WHILE ON FINAL, ANOTHER PLT, WHO APPARENTLY WAS NEW TO FREQ, ANNOUNCED. THIS AGAIN DIVERTED ME FROM NORMAL LNDG CHK -- GEAR, FLAPS, LIGHTS. I LANDED GEAR UP, FLAPS DOWN, MINIMAL DAMAGE. TOOK 1 HR TO CLR THE RWY. JACKS RUSHED TO SCENE, GEAR LOWERED, TAXIED TO PARKING.
