Narrative:
I was on an aerial photography mission to report on a large factory fire. Fire fighters on the ground were mad at the helicopter's presence. I operated the helicopter in a safe manner.

Title: PLT OF AN ENSTROM HELI EH80 FLEW AT 300 FT OVER A FACTORY FIRE FOR THE PURPOSE OF NEWS PHOTOGRAPHY CAUSING THE FIRE FIGHTERS TO COMPLAIN. THE RPTR HAD NOT COORDINATED WITH LCL GOV OFFICIALS PRIOR TO FLYING OVER THE EMER RESPONSE FIRE ACTIVITIES.
Narrative: I WAS ON AN AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY MISSION TO RPT ON A LARGE FACTORY FIRE. FIRE FIGHTERS ON THE GND WERE MAD AT THE HELI'S PRESENCE. I OPERATED THE HELI IN A SAFE MANNER.
