Narrative:
The problem is a continual loss of radar and blind spots to the west of vny airport. Often we lose aircraft with other aircraft in their near vicinity. It's getting worse all the time. The blind spots and poor radar coverage are creating an unsafe and dangerous situation on a daily basis.
