Narrative:

I was finished with my maintenance run at the runup area. My avionics man called ground. I was thinking of what I needed to complete as far as problems the aircraft had, instead of keeping the task at hand in my mind. I immediately thought I had clearance to runway 35R which was across the field. As I was entering runway 35L, ground radioed back 'hold short runway 35L,' but I was on the runway. Ground radioed, 'proceed without delay across runway 35L and runway 32.' I cleared runways and a military F18 made a go around about 300 ft AGL. Ground radioed me to call them. I called them, gave them some information they wanted on the ground telephone, said there was no problem with separation.

Narrative: I WAS FINISHED WITH MY MAINT RUN AT THE RUNUP AREA. MY AVIONICS MAN CALLED GND. I WAS THINKING OF WHAT I NEEDED TO COMPLETE AS FAR AS PROBS THE ACFT HAD, INSTEAD OF KEEPING THE TASK AT HAND IN MY MIND. I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT I HAD CLRNC TO RWY 35R WHICH WAS ACROSS THE FIELD. AS I WAS ENTERING RWY 35L, GND RADIOED BACK 'HOLD SHORT RWY 35L,' BUT I WAS ON THE RWY. GND RADIOED, 'PROCEED WITHOUT DELAY ACROSS RWY 35L AND RWY 32.' I CLRED RWYS AND A MIL F18 MADE A GAR ABOUT 300 FT AGL. GND RADIOED ME TO CALL THEM. I CALLED THEM, GAVE THEM SOME INFO THEY WANTED ON THE GND TELEPHONE, SAID THERE WAS NO PROB WITH SEPARATION.
