Narrative:
ZKC originally cleared us to cross qball intersection at 11000 ft, 250 KTS. Then he changed it to qball at 15000 ft, normal speed. My first officer changed the altitude in the computer but not in the altitude select window. We descended through 15000 ft to 11000 ft. When approach questioned our assigned altitude, we said 11000 ft.

Narrative: ZKC ORIGINALLY CLRED US TO CROSS QBALL INTXN AT 11000 FT, 250 KTS. THEN HE CHANGED IT TO QBALL AT 15000 FT, NORMAL SPD. MY FO CHANGED THE ALT IN THE COMPUTER BUT NOT IN THE ALT SELECT WINDOW. WE DSNDED THROUGH 15000 FT TO 11000 FT. WHEN APCH QUESTIONED OUR ASSIGNED ALT, WE SAID 11000 FT.
