Narrative:
After takeoff from dfw, I felt a pressurization problem in my ears, the flow light came on and the cabin was climbing almost as fast as the aircraft. The flight attendant called from the back with an extremely loud air noise coming from the aft galley door. There were no other indications of a problem in the cockpit. In accordance with company procedure we returned to dfw and made an uneventful overweight (132700 pounds) landing. A maintenance supervisor meeting the aircraft told me this was the third time in 2-3 weeks at dfw this problem had occurred. There is a problem that needs investigating when the catering personnel can close the aft galley door to the point where it appears closed to them, appears closed to the flight attendant, and does not illuminate the door warning light when, in fact, the door is still actually open.
