Narrative:
Replaced schrader valve (charging valve) for stick pusher high pressure bottle, in accordance with maintenance manual 27-35-14-4. Was performing leak check of both high pressure and low pressure bottles in forward access compartment. Might not have secured door properly. Aircraft incurred a pressurization fault upon departure and returned to ZZZ.

Title: A FOKKER 100 IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF RETURNED TO THE FIELD DUE TO UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE THE CABIN CAUSED BY AN OPEN LOWER COMPARTMENT ACCESS DOOR.
Narrative: REPLACED SCHRADER VALVE (CHARGING VALVE) FOR STICK PUSHER HIGH PRESSURE BOTTLE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH MAINT MANUAL 27-35-14-4. WAS PERFORMING LEAK CHK OF BOTH HIGH PRESSURE AND LOW PRESSURE BOTTLES IN FORWARD ACCESS COMPARTMENT. MIGHT NOT HAVE SECURED DOOR PROPERLY. ACFT INCURRED A PRESSURIZATION FAULT UPON DEP AND RETURNED TO ZZZ.
