Narrative:
Location: dfw. Aircraft autothrottles placarded inoperative at dfw. I failed to insure that lmp was downgraded at same time and flew to aus. Apparently following crew caught error as aircraft was placarded next day.

Title: MD80 SUPER 80 FLEW WITH A PLACARD INDICATING CAT III STATUS WHEN THE AUTOTHROTTLES WERE INOP.
Narrative: LOCATION: DFW. ACFT AUTOTHROTTLES PLACARDED INOP AT DFW. I FAILED TO INSURE THAT LMP WAS DOWNGRADED AT SAME TIME AND FLEW TO AUS. APPARENTLY FOLLOWING CREW CAUGHT ERROR AS ACFT WAS PLACARDED NEXT DAY.
