Narrative:
At 20000 ft, right hydraulic indicator appeared to be losing fluid. Right hydraulic gauge indicated near zero. Checklists requested and an emergency was declared. Gear and flaps fully extended before total hydraulic loss on right side. Aircraft controls were a bit sluggish. Maintenance uncovered multiple hydraulic leaks, inboard flap and spoiler actuator. Aircraft had a previous history of hydraulic servicing, unknown to crew.
