Narrative:

Out of FL180, 30.02 was set in the altimeter from misread ATIS. Aircraft cleared to 15000 ft. As aircraft captured altitude for leveling at 15000 ft, controller gave us 30.20 as altimeter setting and aircraft leveled off high and did not recapture new altitude. I selected 200 FPM down on vertical speed selector to capture 15000 ft, which the aircraft did not do. Having assumed the aircraft would level, I became distraction and did not notice the descent till altitude alerter went off 300 ft low.
