Narrative:
ATC facility: los angeles. Location: oceanside. Loss of system #1 hydraulics. We were unable to return to lax because of strong xwinds at lax and the limitation imposed by the loss of system #1. We diverted to ont where the wind was reported as calm. We made a normal landing except our weight was 361500 pounds.
