Narrative:
On the return leg from L15 to gcn. The gcn airport was closed due to a disabled aircraft on the runway. In lieu of holding for an indefinite period of time, the captain elected to divert to valle airport. We checked our performance charts and concluded we could land on runway 19. We had no passenger and weighed less than 9000 pounds. We landed with no problems. We later departed on runway 19, again with no problems. Later we found we had no performance data authorized for the airport since this was a far part 135 flight. We have no alternate airports at gcn and could only hold for a few mins before having to return to L15 with adequate fuel reserves. We decided to divert to avoid holding and having to fly back empty. The company did not provide adequate instructions and does not have a procedure for cases like this.
