Narrative:
Cessna departed runway 8L. Cessna was instructed to turn 10 degrees right for a B737 to depart behind. Cessna acknowledged. B737 departed runway 8L and was issued cessna traffic. Cessna was told to turn right heading 120 degrees. Cessna started to turn right, then began a turn to the left. Cessna was told to start right turn now and then he complied. B737 took evasive action to miss cessna.

Title: C152 WAS ISSUED A 10 DEG R TURN AFTER TKOF FOR SEPARATION FROM A DEPARTING B737 ON THE SAME RWY. TFC WAS GIVEN TO THE B737 AND FURTHER R TURN TO A HDG OF 120 DEGS WAS ISSUED TO THE C152. THE C152 PLT STARTED A R TURN, THEN BEGAN TURNING BACK L. THE CTLR INTERVENED AGAIN, HOWEVER, THE B737 WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING EVASIVE ACTION TO MISS THE C152.
