Narrative:
Left cincinnati and taxied out. Weight and data record (wdr) showed hush kit in engine #1 and #3. Took off, referred to logbook and hush kit was actually in #1/#2/#3. Engine confign was 1-15a/2-15/3-15A. In phx called dispatcher and he said he would put hush kit #2 on awabs. Left phx for las and noted on weight and data record that dispatcher put #2 as a -15A with hush kit and not a -15 as installed. Called maintenance/dispatch/central load planning attempting to solve problem. Flight crew bulletins and MEL provide little guidance regarding these new hush kits. I was mainly concerned that our weight and data record -- gross weight/center of gravity, etc, be exact. Took 45 min delay with many phone calls and confusion. Dispatcher authority/authorized us to depart with weight and data record showing -15A hush kit in #2 even though it was a -15. I concurred and we left. Little guidance to flcs on this and very little support as we attempt to be safe and get it right.

Title: ACR LGT WT MANIFEST SHOWED HUSH KITS ON #1 AND #3 ENGS. ENRTE PHX FLC DISCOVERED HUSH KITS ON ALL ENGS. DISPATCH ADVISED AND IN CORRECTING THE WT-DATA-RECORD USED THE WRONG ENG MODEL. FLCS HAVE LITTLE GUIDANCE ON THIS MODIFICATION.
