Narrative:
Electric system failed. Landed at cleburne to see what problem. Alternator belt off. Alternator pulley not aligned with propeller pulley. Alternator had recently been installed. Charged battery. Flew to tyler for repairs. Battery dead on arrival. No radio, could not talk to tyler approach. Flew to quitman. Propeller struck runway, then came to rest on lower cowling. Plane came to rest on cowling and the two back mains in the right side of centerline. Called tyler FBO. They sent 2 mechanics to pull tail down, remove propeller, lock nosegear in place, and they pulled plane to hangar to store for repairs.

Title: PVT PLT OF A PIPER PA32R, LANCE, HAD THE NOSEWHEEL COLLAPSE DURING THE LNDG ROLLOUT DUE TO ELECTRICAL SYS MALFUNCTION. THE ACFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO THE PROP AND NOSE COWLING.
Narrative: ELECTRIC SYS FAILED. LANDED AT CLEBURNE TO SEE WHAT PROB. ALTERNATOR BELT OFF. ALTERNATOR PULLEY NOT ALIGNED WITH PROP PULLEY. ALTERNATOR HAD RECENTLY BEEN INSTALLED. CHARGED BATTERY. FLEW TO TYLER FOR REPAIRS. BATTERY DEAD ON ARR. NO RADIO, COULD NOT TALK TO TYLER APCH. FLEW TO QUITMAN. PROP STRUCK RWY, THEN CAME TO REST ON LOWER COWLING. PLANE CAME TO REST ON COWLING AND THE TWO BACK MAINS IN THE R SIDE OF CTRLINE. CALLED TYLER FBO. THEY SENT 2 MECHS TO PULL TAIL DOWN, REMOVE PROP, LOCK NOSEGEAR IN PLACE, AND THEY PULLED PLANE TO HANGAR TO STORE FOR REPAIRS.
