B747 issued VFR traffic. Said he had in sight. VFR issued traffic said he had in sight. VFR told to maintain visual separation from climbing B747 and pass under. B747 called TCASII descent. VFR C310 called turning left. B747 descended into suu approach airspace without coordination.

Title: CTLR EXCHANGED TFC BTWN A DEPARTING IFR B747 AND A VFR C310 RECEIVING FLT FOLLOWING. BOTH PLTS RPTED THE OTHER IN SIGHT. THE CTLR INSTRUCTED THE C310 PLT TO PASS BELOW THE B747. THE B747 PLT REACTING TO A TCASII ALERT, DSNDED TOWARDS THE C310 AND ENTERED ADJACENT FACILITY AIRSPACE WITHOUT AUTH. THE C310 PLT REACTING TO THE DSCNT, TURNED AWAY FROM THE B747.
Narrative: B747 ISSUED VFR TFC. SAID HE HAD IN SIGHT. VFR ISSUED TFC SAID HE HAD IN SIGHT. VFR TOLD TO MAINTAIN VISUAL SEPARATION FROM CLBING B747 AND PASS UNDER. B747 CALLED TCASII DSCNT. VFR C310 CALLED TURNING L. B747 DSNDED INTO SUU APCH AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD.
