Narrative:

While taxiing my part 135 C207 with a full load of passenger (6 passenger plus 1 pilot equals 7) a trainer plane (C152 or C172 with the identifier) called in the pattern doing touch and goes. Padl is an uncontrolled airport in the state of alaska. I called the FSS and advised I had the ATIS and was proceeding to back taxi on runway 1. The trainer plane maintained his pattern and did not heed to my back- taxiing part 135 aircraft. I advised him to be careful not to land on top of us and he got sarcastic. At that point he was closing in on us on final 1/4 mi while I was facing him back-taxiing on the runway. He continued on the radio to be sarcastic at that point I figured he was confused. I turned around, applied full power, climbed to 200 ft and exited the pattern to the left to avoid a possible collision with the student pilot. At this point, a third voice arises on the radio, identing himself as the right seat pilot in the trainer plane and as a FSDO inspector. He requested my identify from FSS so he could pursue legal enforcement. I did nothing wrong. All I did was take evasive action because the trainer plane was maintaining his pattern no matter what the circumstances were. The FSDO inspector was not maintaining vigilance in his own cockpit.
