Narrative:

In cruise at 8000 ft, received TA 1 O'clock, 3 mi climbing, no ATC advisory. Then got RA, initiated climb, EA6 went under us at our previous altitude. Ended up climbing 700 ft following RA. Advised ATC immediately. They then advised us of inbound descending P3. Got TA, but no RA -- we had to descend to avoid this aircraft as well. Missed by 400 ft vertical, 0 ft horizontal. ATC was exceptionally at fault on both these!
