Narrative:
On apr/xx/97 I was advised that an aircraft that I had worked on experienced a slat disagreement light. After further investigation it was found that #4 slat adjustment roller bolts were not cotter-keyed.

Title: A B737-200 EXPERIENCED A SLAT DISAGREEMENT WARNING LIGHT CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE #4 LEADING EDGE SLAT.
Narrative: ON APR/XX/97 I WAS ADVISED THAT AN ACFT THAT I HAD WORKED ON EXPERIENCED A SLAT DISAGREEMENT LIGHT. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT #4 SLAT ADJUSTMENT ROLLER BOLTS WERE NOT COTTER-KEYED.
