Narrative:
During descent into sju we lost green hydraulic system due to lost quantity. Asked sju center for clearance to patty 'OM' and descent to enter holding over marker at 5000 ft. ATC approved request. During descent ECAM and flight manual checklists completed. Gear was lowered just before crossing marker via manual extension, negating need to hold. Landed normally and made turn off runway. Nosewheel steering inoperative so we were towed to gate.

Title: A300 W SJU 100 MI, LOST GREEN HYD FLUID. REQUESTED DIRECT PATTY OM AND DSCNT TO 5000 FT. COMPLETED CHKLIST ON FLUID LOSS AND LOWERED GEAR MANUALLY AT OM. TOWED TO GATE ACCOUNT NO NOSE STEERING.
