Narrative:
When leveling at 10000 ft, we had an unscheduled autoplt and trim runaway. Approximately 7 degrees pitch up, followed immediately by a 10 degree pitch down. Upon disabling autoplt, the trim ran away, causing a continuous pitch down. Aircraft was recovered at 4000 ft MSL without autoplt or trim working. Landing completed at azo.

Narrative: WHEN LEVELING AT 10000 FT, WE HAD AN UNSCHEDULED AUTOPLT AND TRIM RUNAWAY. APPROX 7 DEGS PITCH UP, FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY A 10 DEG PITCH DOWN. UPON DISABLING AUTOPLT, THE TRIM RAN AWAY, CAUSING A CONTINUOUS PITCH DOWN. ACFT WAS RECOVERED AT 4000 FT MSL WITHOUT AUTOPLT OR TRIM WORKING. LNDG COMPLETED AT AZO.
