Narrative:

Aircraft landed on runway 3 and exited on taxiway north. Taxied southwest on taxiway north and told to hold short of runway 12L. An aircraft was on the roll on runway 12L. I did not realize that I was approaching runway 12L, as it is poorly marked. I thought the tower said hold short of runway 12R. I could see the aircraft, but thought he was taking off on runway 12R, tower shouted stop. I stopped just past the hold short line, but short of the runway 12L.

I DID NOT REALIZE THAT I WAS APCHING RWY 12L, AS IT IS POORLY MARKED. I THOUGHT THE TWR SAID HOLD SHORT OF RWY 12R. I COULD SEE THE ACFT, BUT THOUGHT HE WAS TAKING OFF ON RWY 12R, TWR SHOUTED STOP. I STOPPED JUST PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE, BUT SHORT OF THE RWY 12L.
