Narrative:

We were handed off to another controller and the PNF entered the incorrect frequency. He also forgot to call up and I did not notice it until it seemed very quiet. We checked in and talked to approach control and he told us we were on the wrong frequency. We got the correct one, but did not have radio contact for 10-20 mins or more.
