Narrative:
CAT ii approach and landing 2L bna. Approach was briefed and flown according to the operating manual. All aspects of the approach and landing appeared normal. Runway environment was seen about 200-300'. At less than 200' the autoplt was disconnected and aircraft was landed. Landing was firm, but not hard. After parking was told of damage to the aircraft. Inspected the damage which appeared minor. Thought that we had struck something on the runway. Later it was determined that the aircraft had touched down about 300' short of the runway threshold and hit 2 or 3 approach lights.
