Narrative:

Duty day was 12 hours due to WX diversion dtw-okc-iah. Okc was an unscheduled stop. Fuel load for okc-iah was supposed to be 21000 pounds. Aircraft was fueled to 29000 pounds. We did not catch mistake. Takeoff was legal based on available data. Landing was 5000 pounds overweight. Touchdown was very smooth (wet runway) at iah. Ground speed was 134 KTS. No aircraft damage. Problem caused by fatigue of pilots and irregular/unscheduled operations. Checklist response was 21000 pounds but did not reflect actual fuel load.
