Narrative:
Was given the clearance to cross the 'twinz' intersection at 11000 ft on the 'eau 2/eau claire 2' arrival. Clearance was given by ZMP. I feel because of the previous 2 nights of red-eye flying we were tired on this the last day of a 4 day trip. We mis-programmed the CDU for the crossing restr. This arrival is for the descent into the twin cities, msp/st paul. Center asked if we were going to make 'twinz' by 11000 ft. We passed over 'twinz' at approximately 13000 ft, 2000 ft high. We had the speed brakes out and made 11000 ft in the next 2-3 mi. Center said there was no conflict. Supplemental information from acn 367300: first officer placed crossing restr in incorrect intersection during a page update. Captain did not catch error.
