Narrative:
Both captain and first officer missed 29.92 call at FL180, resulted in a +300 ft difference between FL330. Corrected within 5 mins with no ATC intervention. Both pilots were excessively tired after previous day's 16+ hour duty day. Fatigue was overwhelming factor. First officer discovered error and both pilots corrected.
