Narrative:
Attempted takeoff from funeral home parking lot. At approximately 10 ft AGL, wind shifted and pushed balloon into a light pole. Damage to 2-3 panels in lower quarter of balloon. Light pole slightly bent. Fire department called to remove envelope from light pole.

Title: HOT AIR BALLOON ATTEMPTED TKOF FROM A PARKING LOT. AT 10 FT AGL GOT A WIND SHIFT CAUSING THE BALLOON TO STRIKE A LIGHT POLE. DAMAGE TO 2-3 PANELS IN THE LOWER QUARTER. FIRE DEPT REMOVED ENVELOPE FROM POLE.
