Narrative:
While taxiing to the FBO (FBO X) at hgr, I was about to make a left turn to park in front of the FBO. A lineman motioned for me to park on the right. I looked to my right and saw 3 airplanes parked and noticed a king air behind me. The lineman wanted to give the king air the spot I wanted. So, keeping my attention on the airplanes where I was to park, I turned to the right. Halfway through the turn my airplane stopped due to the left wingtip hitting a fence post. No damage to the fence post, but I had my wing inspected and left it at FBO Y, across the same field (hgr) for repair.
