Narrative:
I called for a WX briefing and filed an IFR flight plan at XA00. I drove to the airport and performed a preflight inspection and found no abnormalities. I received ATIS, got my clearance, taxied to the run-up area, performed the before takeoff checklist and found no abnormalities. I was cleared for takeoff. Climb out was very turbulent but smoothed out with altitude. I raised the gear after liftoff and then the flaps. There were no abnormalities. During cruise there were no abnormalities. I received ATIS and was cleared for descent. 5 mi out from myr I slowed to 130 KTS and extended the gear and verified it was in locked position by looking at the green light on the panel and the indicator on the floor between the seats. 1 mi from the threshold I did my gump check and verified that the gear was in locked position. I slowed the aircraft to 100 KTS and then lowered the flaps to full down position. Over the threshold I slowed the aircraft to 75 KTS and I touched down very softly. As soon as the wheels were on the ground the nose dropped abruptly and the aircraft slid to a stop. Tower control asked what had happened and if I was ok. I told her I thought the nose gear had collapsed and that I was ok. I turned off the main switch, the strobes, the electric trim switch and I climbed out of the aircraft. When I looked back I saw that the entire gear had collapsed and the aircraft was on its belly. The mains were dropping to the ground and the nose gear was in its well and the gear doors closed. The rescue team arrived and I verified the fuel lever was off and the gear switch was down.

I TOLD HER I THOUGHT THE NOSE GEAR HAD COLLAPSED AND THAT I WAS OK. I TURNED OFF THE MAIN SWITCH, THE STROBES, THE ELECTRIC TRIM SWITCH AND I CLBED OUT OF THE ACFT. WHEN I LOOKED BACK I SAW THAT THE ENTIRE GEAR HAD COLLAPSED AND THE ACFT WAS ON ITS BELLY. THE MAINS WERE DROPPING TO THE GND AND THE NOSE GEAR WAS IN ITS WELL AND THE GEAR DOORS CLOSED. THE RESCUE TEAM ARRIVED AND I VERIFIED THE FUEL LEVER WAS OFF AND THE GEAR SWITCH WAS DOWN.
