Narrative:
Tug with bag carts had to dodge between 2 aircraft. Problem arose because ramp is uncontrolled. Speed of all 3 was too high (a) (B) (C). I will prevent repeat occurrence by reducing taxi speed and not assuming actions of other aircraft and vehicles.

Title: 2 ACR MLGS ALMOST COLLIDE WITH TUG HAULING BAGGAGE CARTS WHILE APCHING THEIR GATES IN STL. TUG DRIVER STEERED CLR BTWN THE 2 ACFT. RPTR PIC STATES THAT THE RAMP IS UNCTLED.
Narrative: TUG WITH BAG CARTS HAD TO DODGE BTWN 2 ACFT. PROB AROSE BECAUSE RAMP IS UNCTLED. SPD OF ALL 3 WAS TOO HIGH (A) (B) (C). I WILL PREVENT REPEAT OCCURRENCE BY REDUCING TAXI SPD AND NOT ASSUMING ACTIONS OF OTHER ACFT AND VEHICLES.
